The Killbillies is a Florida Celtic / Americana band that began its journey in 2010. The original members were Ben Childs and Zak "baby boy" Mahoney and others. Both touring veterans, they have a combined experience that spans Bluegrass to Punk Rock. Ben Childs played in the now seminal Ska-Punk outfit Sonic Boom Six and Zak has played with such Florida favorites as the String Assassins.

They have played all around Florida, toured up the Eastern seaboard of the USA as well as in the UK. They are a high-energy party band that will make you dance as well as reminding you, or introducing you to some classic Irish and Americana Standards.

They are ready to reintroduce their exciting brand of folk-infused rocking music to both new audiences and the fans that enjoyed them in their original incarnation
