How does it work? How does it help? In three sessions this workshop will provide guidance for everyone whether you are an expert or totally clueless.
You will explore:
- The purpose of meditation: It is to discover your inner self, inner strength, and well-being while releasing stress and calming fears;
- The various types of meditation: What each type produces; after each type is explained a hands-on practice will be performed to deepen the knowledge
- What makes this workshop unique and effective? It will deliver an immediate impact, going deep yet is simultaneously practical and applicable to everyday living.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Janani Cleary is a certified meditation and self-awareness teacher who successfully demonstrates the benefits of this unique approach to meditation. She has been conducting sessions for a wide variety of people including, beginners and experts, teachers who would like to add to their practices in a variety of settings for several decades.
